Full Bodied with a clean finish. It is roasted slightly darker for a smooth robust flavor. Unnoticeably decaffeinated.

Note:
Brevé Coffee roasts raw coffee beans that have been decaffeinated using the solvent methylene chloride. Based on extensive research data, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has determined that this solvent is safe for use in coffee decaffeination. FDA regulation allows for up to 10 parts per million (ppm) of residual solvent, but actual coffee-industry practice results in levels that are 100 times lower than this amount. The vast majority of the world's decaffeinated coffee is processed this way.
About the Grind
Fine - This grind is used for an espresso machine. Don't ask for this unless you have an espresso machine.
Regular - This grind is 90% of all coffee grinds. It is used for regular drip coffee, any brewer, Chemex, or a refillable Keurig cup.
Coarse - This grind is used for French Press and Cold Brew.
